mercury glass vases?

is anybody selling any or does anybody know where to buy them cheap? i've checked michaels, kohls, tjmaxx, christmas tree stores, amazon, ebay, etsy...cant find them cheap!

I love mercury glass but it is unfortunately expensive...the only deals I've ever seen on it is around Christmas (it seems to be a holiday thing). Perhaps your florist has a supplier and might be able to get it for you more cheaply since they buy in bulk?

I don't have any information about where to buy the mercury glass but I saw a tutorial (probably on You Tube or Pintrest) on how to make a regular vase look like a mercury glass vase. You take silver spray paint and spray the inside of the vase in short bursts and swirl the paint until it evenly coats and then repeat. To get is cracked and speckled you spary a vinegar and water mixture on the inside (don't remember the ratio). Hope this helps or inspires you to give it a try. It looked like they were using a cheap flower shop or dollar store vase and it came out pretty cool

I bought so many of them at home goods, tjmax, christmas tree shop...usually they come out for the fall so i bought a few on sale after the season.I have a whole bunch in all different sizes and shapes. I was thinking of selling them afterwards... I purchased them in gold...I know you can even diy to save cost. I will post a pic in my album...

I have seen tons of silver in the stores...Check out your local thrift shops too...Thats been my latest hobby. You will be amazed what they have sometimes.

We bought mercury glass candle holders from Michaels. We waited until coupons came out like 50% off and had friends and family save coupons. Then we did multi purchases.
