My mom is driving me crazy. She actually bought a bridesmaid dress for herself and had sleeves put on, but I don't know how that is all going to work out. She wants a dress that isn't matronly looking and since we are going to be in LI tomorrow, I was hoping someone would know of a place that sells MOB gowns that are more up to date, I guess. Thank you for your help.

I actaully think your mom's idea might not be that bad. My mom hasn't started lookign, but I think we are goign to hit department stores first. She wants something with sleeves, but not too old looking.

Try Bridal Accent in Roslyn Heights or Tallulah in Woodbury or Stacy & Chach (or is it Chach & Stacy) in Island Park (or is it Oceanside?).
