I'm so sorry!! That really is crappy of your MoH lil! A lot of people don't get it. Fortunately my girls have been great, but even at Christmas, FH's family was like 'it's 2 years away, we aren't inking about it yet'. Umm it was 14 months at that point but still can't you just be happy for your son?!?

But on the other hand, I appreciate ur vent and I needed to hear that stuff from another brides view. My brother is gettin married in a little over 3 weeks. I feel like I've been dodging them! I know I will be a complete basket case that day. Plus I've been a horrible BM to her! She's sending me pix of wedding shoes for my opinion and asking me questions about the day of and I'm like 'omg! Ur wedding is a month away and you don't have your shoes?!' and it's giving me anxiety bc I have 11 months and clearly that's not enough time hahahaha. Her Bach party is next week and the plans have changed, no joke, like 7 times bc people keep going back and forth. I got to the point where it's just like 'IDC just email the final decision and leave me outta this'. It sux that people can't put their own pettiness aside and think about the bride's wants (but I realize by me flying low to avoid nonsense makes me look uninvolved and that's crappy too)
