she said she isn't sure b/c she it's in CT, and she won't be able to get up there by herself if her bf can't go (she doesn't like to drive, she's on LI)

i guess we shall see


ETA: She doesn't know the other BP members, although I said I'm sure someone would get her. She doesn't like to travel alone, so no train or bus.


I asked if she could let me know soonish b/c we're going to be doing dresses, getting bouquets, getting limos in order, and several other things that require us to know the number of people within the next month.

How long should I wait before I ask again? I'm not really sure how to handle this situation

I'm sure she could get up there...you're having a big BP, couldn't she hitch a ride with someone else that's going?

I'm sorry you got an iffy response. I've been stressing over my BP...

Hopefully she will be able to weigh it out and have you (and not traveling alone) come out on top!!!

i'd wait 2 weeks. if she hasn't taken the initiative to try and figure something out and decided by then, then you should take it as a sign that she doesn't really want to be in it. 2 weeks is plenty to try and figure out how you're going to get somewhere. does she know anyone else that's going to the wedding?

also..... if she's not sure if she can travel up there, does that mean she's not coming at all?

She knows a couple of other people that I'm inviting, but they are coworkers so IDK if they would go.

And yeah I think that's what it means

what if you invite her with a guest, not specifically her bf so if something does happen she can bring someone else with her?

or does she know your parents? can she ride with them, or ride up there with you? just to get a ride there, and then do her own thing with the bp when she gets there..
