I called to speak to my BM who was busy so she had another BM call me back. I told her that i was thinking about doing upgrades to my menu but couldnt decide between the 2 items. I asked her if they could give me one complimentary and she said she could not. She gave me some BS reason. She said the items that i wanted have to be brought in and its not something they stock there. I know for a fact that they have given these items complimentary to brides before and without them even asking for it.

I guess they will give you anything before you book to get your business but once you have booked them and they have your money they could care less.

Ok vent over..........

Try to negotiate with YOUR BM!! I would say do it face to face rather than over the phone. Unfortunately, they already know that you are sold so it will be a little harder to negotiate. I'm a little upset with myself that I didn't negotiate to get things 'thrown in' and will have to do this later on...
