Oh wow! I just showed this to FH. We are very picky about the cake and they said the can replicate the exact one that we want. We are using the house bakery too and will make sure to bring up the fact that we don't want our cake to slide!

Omg I'm soooo sorry!! Guests probably didn't even notice I'm sure, but I. Understand why ur pissed. I would be too!! I really hope they make it up to u. They'll prob give u dinner on them or something lol

It really does look great even as it's sliding.....

barbs post reminded of something else!!!!!!!!

we gave them 5 pics of what we wanted!!!
we asked them 'CAN YOU DO THIS?????!!

they said sureeeeeeeee no problem!!!

dh gets a call from them at 11:30am on our wedding day saying WE DONT HAVE ENOUGH BLING RIBBON FOR YOUR CAKE!!

he was like im really good at math we gave you more than enough. are you looking at the pics because its not supposed to be on every tier.

they were like ohhhhhhhhhh yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh.

oh and we paid an upgrade fee for this cake

Oh No!!!

I really hope you get compensated greatly

I know that the Scotto Bros. In general told me that 'the cake isn't really worth too much of what your paying' but that is ridiculous. Their House Baker is supposed to be great! I've been to their bakery and seen what they do. That was unacceptable.

In General, the cake is a very nicely picked design! Glad it tasted good!

this annoys me soo much, poeple have such a simple job and they cant get that right.

so sorry you had to go through that, but your cake did look good intilll it started to slide

WOW!!!! The cake design itself is absolutely gorgeous but professional to do this it looks very rough like amateur work. If they didn't know how to do fondant they should have told you that they could do it. There is no excuse for the cake to look so rough and slide off like that.

I'm so sorry Roz. Your wedding was still gorgeous. I hope they compensate you for this.

Keep us updated - they really need to take responsiblity for that. I would even threaten them and tell them you are going to write a bad review on here. Totally unacceptable
