I bought this dress in Israel. The first time I am bringing myself to posting it. It is a 2 piece, the top made out of crystal - completely. So, the question.. do you think its too see-through below the chest? My FI and family are conservative, I want them to like the dress.. do you think its too Sexy???
Please be VERY honest!!!
I am considering putting solid WHITE material on on the bottice, so its not see through. What do you think? People say not to do it because it will ruin the look.

Is that you in the dress???? I think it's very princessy, I don't think its too see-thru, i just think you look really voluptuous in the dress, but I love it!!

cover youself up...its pretty but think about all those celebs who looked ho-like when they have their picture taken and you see nips and stuff!!
You wont want to look back in 20 years and go why oh why did i wear a dress that was near see-thru :)

They put cups in it! I kept telling them I don't need it, but they did anyways! Oh well, I took them out as soon as I cam back to NY... so it'll be less voluptuousness.

I think white would look great, but skin-colored lining might be another option to consider. I had an all-lace blouse for my gown and didn't want to wear the ivory camisole that came with it so I just wore a nude bustier. It didn't look racy (I hope) and had the same effect as being sheer.

i think some people are very rude. you wanted advice about putting in a liningin it.i think you should put a lining in it,i also like the idea of a nude lining.you do not look ho-ish or like your wearing a costume i think it is a beautiful dress.

I think it is beautiful. It is hard to tell from the picture how sheer the top is, but if it concerns you then I would go with the nude lining. As far as it being a costume, IMHO that is what a wedding dress. As long as you feel beautiful nothing else matters.

Re: My Wedding dress Dilema (with PIC!)
I think the dress would look less see through with a very thin flesh toned liner, and I don't think it would ruin the look of the dress. I have to say, I do think you should remove the cups, because you do look a bit busty- not necesarily in a bad way, but it depends what look you're going for.

Re: My Wedding dress Dilema (with PIC!)
ok, you said the cups are out, so that's good.
I would also add fabric underneath the bodice because it does appear to be see-through...
other than that, it's BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

I am really sorry...I never meant to be rude. But I reread your original post and saw that you wanted opinions abt the lining. I am sorry.

That dress is the most beautiful dress that is at the same time unique, that I have seen.
