I am soooo sorry for your losses

My mom lost her only sister and her only brother last year, within 4 months of eachother. It was a very hard time for us all, and especially for my mom. Neither happened at a big event, but were still very hard to handle. I'm so sorry you've had to deal with this.

I'm sorry for your loss. Like others have said your uncle was surrounded by those he loved which is a good thing.

As for similar events I was at a neighbor's 80th bday party and she died during her party.

I am so so sorry for your loss. I'm sure that was a bit overwhelming on a day that can be very emotional anyway. Many thoughts are with you, your new husband and your family. Again, I'm so sorry you had to go through this.

It's just the way life works...I would say though, that he died after having fun and surrounded by loved ones; not many people can say that.

My husband is a photographer and this has happened to him I think twice. He felt so horrible. He didn't know what to do as the photographer to stay or to leave?
