Re: narrowing down reception halls....
My vote is for Sunset Harbour. One wedding at a time; approx $65pp, on the water, off the main road, excellent food. Good luck!

I may be biased but you should look at the Carriage House at Milleridge Inn. I'm getting married in the Cottage (more room) but the prices are really good. I'm doing April, the last discount month, and we got $67pp including rose centerpieces. I actually have the pricing for March - Sunday afternoon is $61pp and Sunday night is $65pp. You can get even cheaper if you're looking at February.

Stewart manor is the type of place that can only accommodate one wedding at a time. You have the whole place for the time that you are there. Saturdays they do two weddings at set times one early the other later (not sure what times exactly) Fridays and Sundays they only do one wedding and they are flexible about the time. You choose the time for your reception on a Friday or Sunday.
I hope this helps explain. If not feel free to send me forum mail or call them. I have found James to be extremely helpful so far.
