Someone I work with recommened the 30 day shred to me and told me it would completely change your body, so I definitely think it will help tone you within five months.It is INTENSE! I need to pause it one or two times because I cannot do twenty minutes nonstop without being able to breathe. I haven't mastered level one yet, it took me four days to be able to do level one without dying afterwards!!!

when you do the 30-day shred, it may still hur b/c you are using diff muscle groups. Give it 3 days and you will get used to it. promise. You'll be able to move to higher intensity and then the next level within a week or 2.

30 Day Shred kicked my a$$ lol I stopped doing it for a while and was doing more pilates and stuff like that.Just keep using your treadmill and WiiFit for the time being, then when you feel strong enough to go to 30 Day Shred do the modified level 1 workout, you should be able to get through it without dying afterwards!!

i havent done it since the first time and couldnt walk for days either. that was about 2 months ago. lol. i want to try it again but i guess just take it more easy , i def dont wanna be in pain for that long again!

it is a workout video from Jillian Michaels (the chick trainer from the biggest loser) Its a really tough workout...

i do the 30 day shred partially.. lol.. well i run on a treadmill for my cardio, but then i use her Level 1 Strength (all 3 cirucuits) to tone... you really feel it in your muscles!Welcome New Vendors
