So my FH and I cannot decide on our china! He loves one and I love another one. The two we are deciding between are Lenox Opal Innocence and Lenox Linen Rose.
I could use honest opinions on the both of them!
I am attaching a link to see them. I was going to attach a pic of them, but it was hard to see any detail in the pic.
I also saw the big price difference at fortunoffs. I plan on registering for whichever one at fortunoffs, i just was already on the BBB page so that is why i used the links from there

I love the opal innocence and my Aunt bought me the clock for my e-party so I may pick it for the China too!

I am partial to Opal innocence because that is what I have. First I love white china! and I love when its really simple so both the sets you chose are great. I think the real classic and simple look because I think it really will transcend time. My mom has china that is so similar to mine that if I thought she would allow me to have it I would not have even registered for china! And hers is 40 years old! I hope that 40 years from now my daughter loves my china as much! I have my china on some shelves in my dining room and what I like is that its a little shimmery around the edges.
One thing I will say to ANYONE who gets Opal or Pearl Innocence, open every box and examine every piece. WHen I got my 12 placesetting, I was looking at one peice and I noticed there were none of the raised 'dots' on it! So check them right away, I had to exchange a few placesettings!
ETA: Opal Innocence is the most popular setting right now. All my friends who got married in the last year all have the same pattern, so if you want to be alittle differnt than the other one might be the way to go!
I like the Linen Rose, my sister has it and it's beautiful.

No problem, I was just surprised at the price difference. I planned on registering at BB&B too, thinking because they were less expensive than Fortunoff, but I guess I'll register for my China there, then my other stuff at BB&B.

It was actually my FH who suggested I create this poll...he didn't want me to state who liked which pattern because he thought that since there are mostly women on this site they would side with my choice! hehe
so for now it must remain a mystery who likes which one, but I will let you know once we get some more responses and he is satisfied that it wasn't biased

I love Opeal Innocence. One thing that really stands out to me is the teacup! It's so much more elegant than the Linen Rose (although it is beautiful too).
