Need opinions/help on hotel info

I cant seem to get the wording right on the hotel information without sounding blunt. Here is what I have so far

Hotel A
$139
Block# 555555
Phone number
(located directly across from Reception Hall)

Hotel B
$109
Block # 66666
Phone number
(located 1/2 mile away from catering hall)

although one is more expensive, it is conveniently located next to the CH. But for cheaper, they can go down the block. Do you think this wording is ok, or do you have another suggestion?

I think what you wrote is fine- people will get the drift. You may want to think about calling them both the 'Reception' hall OR both the 'catering hall'- just so that no one thinks that there are 2 different places.

i agree either both catering or both reception
otherwise it is fine

I did the same... one of mine had a shuttle and one didn't. the shuttle one was more expensive... Also I emailed a few people from different friend/family groups and got opinions on which hotel they preferred.

Wording is fine though. It explains what the benifits of each hotel are to help them make an informed decision
