Need some proposal ideas...

Hey ladies,

A co-worker of mine is about to pick up an e-ring for his girlfriend and doesn't really know how he should propose. He's thinking of taking her out to dinner to her favorite restaurant, but isn't 100% sure that he wants to do it there, in public.

Anyone have some ideas for him?

get the ring in a fortune cookie and do it @ a chinese restaurant- she wouldn't suspect a thing in a casual enviorment. Of course you need to get the restaurant in on it- but sweet and simple.
