No unless they mail me a card. in my mind, what am I thanking them for if they arent there or didnt give a gift.

I plan on sending ones to the people that sent a gift that said the werent coming. If they just didnt show up then NO. ALso, there was a fight at my wedding, so whoever was involved in that is not getting one either. I have nothing to thank them for, not even there money could replace how they made me feel that day.

Not to hijack the thread but---- I fear a fight at my wedding. I don't know why! Those people would be kicked out so fast and I would not send a card and I would expect a huge apology!
Every time I get a no response without a gift, I think that we spent way too much just sending that person an invite!!!!

im in an opposite situation...a guy came but no gift. i had to ask if a card was given. i wanted to make sure it didn't get lost. it puts u in a weird situation
i would send him a TY note....'thanks for the sharing in our day, eating our food and having the nerve to come with out a gift'

I had a flaky no-show from my bridal shower ask me why I didn't send a thank you card (there was no gift given). I was like, why would I send a ty? For your INTENTION to come?
