Nice Space for a small reception OR e party/ shower/ etc etc

i went to a party at the rocky point property association (clubhouse) and it was a really really nice venue, reminded me of a smaller Captain Bills and not on the water. there's even a fireplace!

i dont know anything about cost there, but you do have to bring everything in (catered, etc)

it has a great setup for a buffet (separate room and kitchen)

in case anyone needs a venue like this!!
