Re: Not again
I dont know if everyone goes thru this but I have had found myself having moods that dip and pike. You have to take in account this is very stressfull. The planning of a wedding and what your expectations are of yourself and the day etc. Dont worry about what everyone thinks and take it upon as your own feelings. Give yourself the credit you deserve and most importantly give yourself a break. We can be the most critical of ourselves. You happen to look beautiful in your 'trial pics' and I am positive you will look even more stunning on your wedding day. You will get thru this keep you chin up and do busy things non wedding related. Go to the gym get your body moving and yourself outside of your head HTH

Isn't that a little drastic? Cancelling the wedding?
I know right now you're going through a funk, but remember that only YOU can control how you feel. I'm a firm believer in thinking positive thoughts.
When you wake up, you have two choices - you can have a positive day or you can have a negative day. Posting things like this will only make you feel worse. You don't want people feeling sorry for you, do you? I know I wouldn't if I were in a funk. So I say take a jog or a walk around the block. Like someone else said - make a challenge for yourself and follow through with it. Do something (even if its small) to pick yourself up and begin to make a change.
I know that sometimes it's a chemical imbalanace and you NEED medication to help make things better...but I think you should also try to do something to make yourself feel better right now. Maybe go out and buy yourself an outfit that you look AMAZING in....? Or join a gym? Or find someone to work out with (maybe FH?). Especially if your dosage is being changed, you can't wait for it to kick in to feel better - that will take some time. So I say, try something new and fun in the meantime!
I'm sorry if this came across as 'tough love'...but I think saying that you want to cancel your wedding seems like a drastic solution to the self-image issues you're posting about.
Take deep breaths. It will pass. Just remember, you have a wonderful man in your life who only wants the best for you. So many people would give everything to find that special someone...
that was very well said. Listen my date twin i KNOW how you feel. sometimes i feel like i want to crawl under a rock and make this wedding $hit go away. some days are worse than others. you will get out of this funk you are in and see how silly it all is. HE LOVES YOU FOR YOU!!!!!

Re: Not again
First thing...take a deep breath and think about your life. Are you unhappy with FH, job, family? If yes to any, talk to them about it. There is a reason people feel this way. Usually for women (as we all know) it is their self esteem. I hope it is not your appearance bc I looked at your pics and you are honestly beautiful! I wouldn't say it if it wasn't true!
In my opinion, do something for yourself. Find something you love whether it be taking up an instrument, going to the gym to give yourself energy, take a cooking class...anything that you can enjoy. It really does help....make time and spend that $$ you don't have to make it happen. Your health and well-being is more important than beautiful CPs or cry packs!!
you have a FH that LOVES you and wants to spend the rest of his life with you. That alone should tell you that you are obviously an amazing person.
Good luck and feel better soon!

Re: Not again
It is a phase that you are going through all of the stress from planning can be a bit much. Just think about the outcome and why you are doing it. That should help a bit.
