Hi guys - I have been off the board recently. Work, money, family AARGH...can we do a quick list? (sorry for this - I know it's really overdone kind of post - but now I know why - because you get NUTS when your day is almost here!)

marriage license
seating
placecards and table numbers
menus for tables
finish reader's gifts
groomsmen gifts
hotel baskets
bathroom baskets
put together favors
print out iteniraries for important people
confirm all appointments
get necklace shortened

what else what else!!! where are you guys at?

I have 8 days left and feel like I will throw-up all the time because I have lots left to do. I feel like a College student that has to still research and write 6 papers in 6 days- remember that feeling?
-Programs WILL (or should I say MUST) be done by Saturday so my Mom can print them for me on Monday (she works at Xerox)
-wrap all BP/reader gifts and write out cards
-Stef is printing place candle vellum for me, then I have to cut and tape all place candles
-write Scott's wedding day card
-bring stuff to hall, and guest bags to hotel
-order thank you baskets for girl at hotel who has been great and a huge help
-stop Newsday during our HM
-pack for the HM (this is a daunting task for me)
-clean my house
-call Priest to go over ceremony one more time
-pay my vendors, get tip envelopes ready
-confirm all vendors a few days prior (my coordinator Elaine will do this for me though)
-do seating cards for the RD (if I find the time to figure this out)

My lists never seem to end........

My list too is as long. I just posted it the other day and don't have the stomach to post it again. It just reminds me of all the stuff I haven't finished yet!! UGH!!!

We have so much to do. I can't even remember half of it off the top of my head.
We have to pick up groomsmens gifts and parents gifts.
I have to buy wedding pantyhose or stockings.
I have to go for my last fitting.
We have to go for last Pre-Cana.
We have to pick ceremony music.
We have to verify everything with limo company and florist.
We have to make sure all guys went for tuxes and all girls went for final fitting.
I have to set up time for JN to do makeup.
I have to set up schedule for each girl to get their hair done.
We have to buy placecard frames (decided to get them recently in addition to other favors.)
Get rings cleaned.
Drop off final payments to vendors.
Finalize guest list (still a couple of deadbeats).
Fill out placecards.
Get eyebrows waxed.
Go to dentist for cleaning.
Go for final hair appointment (hair coloring).
Have pre-wedding mass with blessing.
Get cards for bridal party to thank them.

OH NO, if i keep thinking I will come up with more!!! I feel like i should take off the next 3 week from work to do all this!!!!!

Reader's gifts??? OMG! I didn't even think of getting a gift for the readers.. I invited them all to the rehersal dinner! Is this a standard practice?????

I have alot to do too. I actually got my placecards started and finished last night. I feel like the list will never end though.

A reader gift is standard practice. When I did a reading for Claud2001 she gave me a beautiful monogrammed silver bookmark. I cannot post what I got her because she will read it.

I'm Nov. 2---very, very nervous. I've been so calm throughout my planning that it is starting to hit me now.

I have my last fitting tonight
Rehearsal dinner tomorrow
Finish wrapping bp gifts
seating
programs
finalize payments to vendors.

I'm sure there is more.
