Oh my god, I hope they find him. I remember I lived in Oyster Bay when I was very little and I was home alone with the babysitter. It was summertime so we had the regular door open and the screen door closed. Two men with masks and guns walked in and told us to stay put and then went upstairs. We ran out the front door up this huge hill. Till this day I'm always paranoid. My FH always makes funny of me for constantly locking the door.

People are crazy. How the hell can someone feel they have the right to just enter your home like they live there.

I am home with my mom, just the two of us live here now, sitting in the kitchen, going over who to send std's to, laughing, and goofing around, with the back door wide open, and the dog was outside barking. She went outside to check to see what he was barking at, and there is a very large man in the backyard running toward her...she ran back inside and locked the door and we called the police, while he continued to try to break in! The police have a helicopter looking for this person now, and are going to do overnight security for us...I am shaking!

Not for nothing, but don't give out information that you and your mom are the only ones who live there. You never know who might take advantage of that. I'm serious. Some people are crazy.
I am so glad nothing happened to the both of you. Thank God!
