I swore I'd never get another Sony Ericcson. I had nothing but problems with that phone.

I know that is how i feel i had one and HATED it but that was many years ago. 99 reviews and it was 4 stars... so i thought maybe its ok.

i had one in 2002 and it was the WORST ever ... maybe they have bettered technology since then

I currently have the Sony Ericsson w810i, which is the model prior to the one you mentioned. Its an awesome phone, the camera on it is crystal clear (the pics of my wedding band in my album were taken w/ my phone), and the internet and walkman features are great. I have no complaints... the battery also lasts a WHILE.
