NWR: Anyone interested in housewares?

Hubby and I have been slowly, but surely putting away all of our shower gifts. In the process we've been cleaning out and noticed we have lots of plates, bowls, silverware, pots/pans, glasses etc. that are just of no use to us. We plan on donating these items, but I figured I would see if anyone on the boards might be interested. Perhaps not even necessarily for you since you'll be having your own shower but for a friend moving out or a family in need.

I don't know of where you were going to donate them, but there is a great place in Hempstead that can always use things like that.

I have a friend in brooklyn, that just went through a really tough time and is now starting off in her very first apt.

Where are you located? She might be someone that could really use this kind of stuff!

Oh how wonderful! Let me know. I am in Roslyn Heights and would be happy to give it all to her. I just need the stuff picked up sooner rather than later otherwise I will just call a local charity. We are trying to reclaim our living room ha ha
