I would like to thank the person who brought our office cannoli's because I had 2 and just blew my diet for today

Do not feel bad, I just ate a foot long from subway with bacon and feel like I've been bad all week ... monday I'll go back to my bland diet...( I have a stomach issue so all of this bad eating is really hurting me )
