I've been going recently because I was seriously so pale that I was practically see through ! Does anyone have a good tanning lotion w/bronzer in it that you can recommend? I use 'Denim and Diamonds' right now but I want something that smells alot better and works really good, but not with any of that tingle stuff in it I hate that. Thanks!

Hey girls...just in case anyone is interested...
I work for Sally Hansen and they have a spray tan that is awesome! FH told me I looked darker when I used that then when I went tanning. It DOES NOT look orange LOL and so easy...its like a mist and covers easily. I even use it on my face!

I go once in a while... depends on how busy i am! But I love Hollywood tan's chocolate lotion, it smells kinda chocolaty! It's lotion with bronzer in it

If by 'tanning' you mean 'using a self tanner in a bottle' - then yes, I do 'tan'
But I totally recommend the jergens daily moisturizing stuff with a subtle tanner. I totally notice a difference and it doesn't smell like that nasty shizzle.

omg thats a real thing LOL people get addicted to something in the rays and i was the same way - i have to find a picture but even when i went to sicily, i didnt see ANY color - i am serious. . . until months later looking at pictures - it was kind of scary that i didnt see it!

no..i hate it..I always would look too brown and fake..id much rather lay out in the sun..i get a much better looking tan...but the australian gold products work really well..i like 'fury'

LMAO - when my mom came to pick me up from teh airport - she walked right by me bc i was so dark and like 20 lbs heavier from all that yummy food!

Tilde...I swear the sun is stronger in Italy!! If this makes any sense. It's like tyou get a much more golden tan from the sun in Italy as opposed to a NY beach. Am I crazy or do you feel the same way??

Wow...I posted this and kinda went MIA for the rest of the day. Wow if I didn't know any better I woulda thought my mom put you girls up to those responses lol. Just to clarify, I do know the risks of tanning and I don't go tanning for a base tan I just wanted to get a little color so I can feel like the summer is getting closer Plus I always get a rush of energy right after which I love. I don't do it alot, only once in a while...so I guess I'm kinda careful

wow jess, i used to think the same exact way!! i would end up looking too dark though, but i only saw it when i looked back at pics of myself..otherwise i would always say 'im not dark enough

I do too. I also have excema (it's a skin condition) and I heard that sally jesse raphael gave a tanning bed to a little girl who had bad excema to help her clear it up. While I have no idea if this is true or not I used it to justify my tanning visits, lol.
yes and no jess - it is somewhat like a tanning bed, but it is a PUVA light that is used for skin conditions - the UVA and UVB are different my dad goes twice a week for his psoriasis which is totally GONE because of this light, but he doesnt get tan, it just helps the skin condition
Believe me, IM WHITER THAN WHITE, but i stopped going, too scary and believe me melissa, youre still young, ive seen people at 40 that still go and they are wrinkled beyond belief!! if you dont like being pale, use tanning cream or even the spray on one where they do your whole body - i know its not the same, but much healthier!!!
