NWR... i am so sad...

i am really in a funk here... i don't know how many of you have heard (it was on the news, but not a top story), but there was a plane crash in missouri on tuesday night. one of my mentors and favorite people here at med school was on the flight and killed. i'm just really shocked. of course, the way i found out didn't help - we were in LI having engagement pics taken, and when we got home my mom (who watches the news like a hawk) said that there was a story about a plane crash killing 'several local doctors'. so we basically watched this just to appease her, and all of a sudden his picture comes up on the TV!! i nearly vomited. i'm so sad... thanks for listening.

What a horrific thing.. I am so sorry for the loss of your friend and mentor.

Just try to think of all the good this person brought to you and other students.. They made a mark with their time here.

Oh I am really sorry. We just recently had a professor here are RPI run over by a drunk driver. While I was not close to him, I can understand how you may feel. My heart goes out to you. Lots of hugs

Oh AlexLynn...so sorry to hear about your sad news. Its always tough to lose someone close to you, so just take it day by day and try to think happy thoughts of your mentor.
