NWR - Lucille Roberts

NWR - Lucille Roberts

I'm debating whether or not I should join Lucille Roberts. I'm not a huge fan of that gym but there are 2 close to my house and one near my job.
Does anyone have a membership there? Do you think the current offer is good ($18 down, 18 a month)? I know a lot of other gyms are a lot more expensive but it annoys me that I think Lucille does offer cheaper things than this offer.

I go to Lucille. I really like their classes.

I think that is a good price. When I joined it was 20 a month! My brother goes to another gym and he pays 60 a month!

i used to go to lucille roberts in massapequa and loved it. not sure why i stopped going. my membership is over though. i need to re-join

The hours don't seem that great...they close at 1 on saturday and sunday. however, will I really want to go after that time? I don't know.

Oh yea! I forgot to mention that this is the one thing that annoys me about them!

I was a member for @ 6 yrs and then I found out I had major back problems and had to stop but, I liked going there. There is a new one in VS that just opened and I would love to go but, cant. I loved their classes and used the equipment as well. I like the fact that there is only woman there and you can laugh if you mess up the routine. Oh and I say that they are real inexpensive!!!

I will probably go to the one in Valley Stream to join but I'll get the membership where you can go to any of their gyms because I will also go to the one in RVC and Plainview (near my job).

Yea- thats what I did. Its only a few dollars more. Totally worth it. I signed up at Massapequa and beginning next week Ill be going to RVC

I thought that would be annoying so I'll probably go to the one in valley stream to avoid the parking in RVC.

I joined a year ago and it was like 20 a month. To go to the other locations I paid to upgrade to the gold membership. This was like 5 bucks flat fee

The only dissenter here....

I joined in January and in June I had breast reduction surgery. My surgeon told me I couldn't do any heavy exercises, so I decided to cancel my membership. After three doctors notes, countless phone calls, and many doctor reports, they will stil not cancel my membership, which they said they would as long as I provided proof of medical necessity. Thier CS *****.
