I am a fry addict! While I may substitute my fries for something healthier I tend to eat some of FH's fries!

I know i'd do that too so thats why i cut them in half.
I actually had a hot dog (healthy choice only 70 calories ) and french fries for dinner last night. But what i did was I made my own. I took a potatoe and peeled it. Then i cut them into strips like fries and I put them on a baking sheet in the oven. They are sooo good. And healthy because i'm not frying them and its just like eating a potatoe but without adding the butter and what else!

Megan I am with you...I absolutely hate milk!!!!! But I do have a yogurt every morning for breakfast so I do get my calcium. Plus I love cheese!! lol Funny story...I stopped drinking milk when my mom and dad took my bottle away from me when I was 5...yes 5!!!! lol I would come home from Kindergarten and watch Sesame Street with my warm bottle of milk!!
Now if I have to drink it...with cereal or coffee I drink Skim milk...b/c it's not thick as whole milk.

I do have yogurt a couple of times a week, it took me a while to like that too, but it does help with losing weight too.

Re: NWR: What's for breakfast?
Sorry for making everyone hungry.....lol....I like this breakfast post! We should do this every morning. Its good to give each other tips on eating healthy and yummy recipes....So...Here is the fry recipe:
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
Take 3 Idaho Potatos, cut into fries, slices, cubes, whatever shape you like.
Toss with 2 teaspoon olive oil, sprinkle with Kosher Salt, Pepper, garlic powder, rosemary and thyme. Put on baking sheet and cook in oven until center is soft (a fork can pierce it) (approx. 20 minutes). Turn or Toss half way through!
Turn the oven to Broil and cook potatoes for another 4-5 minutes to crisp the outside.
SOO YUMMY!

Re: NWR: What's for breakfast?
I try to have protien with my breakfast because it helps curb my appetite. I'll have an egg, slice of toast and fruit (I try not to drink juice) and it keeps me satisfied. I don't eliminate carbs but I try to get them from fruits and veggies more and I also try to increase my protien intake.
