Sorry for making everyone hungry.....lol....I like this breakfast post! We should do this every morning. Its good to give each other tips on eating healthy and yummy recipes....So...Here is the fry recipe:

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees

Take 3 Idaho Potatos, cut into fries, slices, cubes, whatever shape you like.

Toss with 2 teaspoon olive oil, sprinkle with Kosher Salt, Pepper, garlic powder, rosemary and thyme. Put on baking sheet and cook in oven until center is soft (a fork can pierce it) (approx. 20 minutes). Turn or Toss half way through!

Turn the oven to Broil and cook potatoes for another 4-5 minutes to crisp the outside.

SOO YUMMY!

I think i am seriously doing this again tonight with your recipe!!

I do eat them, but I include protien with it. Protein helps curb your appetite because the body takes longer to break it down.

I have a whole cookbook with lowfat recipes.

I made scalloped corn (kinda a casserole, 130 calories a serving)

and skillet lasagna (200 something calories a serving)

I will post my alfredo recipe tomorrow and then pass the recipe crown onto the next person who would like to provide a recipe. This is a good way for all of us 'soon to be newlyweds' to get our recipe collection together!

I had a sunny side up egg with 2 slices of whole wheat toast! It was yummy... usually I just have cereal though, I'm obsessed with this Banana Nut Crunch cereal! Soo good! I like this post! Here's my tip for the day, lol... Never skip breakfast if you're trying to lose weight, if you eat first thing in the morning it boosts your metabolism throughout the day!
