NWR: Zumba for Wii

Is hands down my new favorite thing to do. It's an awesome workout! I didn't think I'd feel the same way as I do after a real class, but I really did! If any of you girls are looking for something fun to do at home, I absolutely recommend it

I got it too!!! I was sweating just like I did in class but I don't see the difference between a regular zumba workout dvd and he wii zumba??? It could also be cause it is still new to me but any advice??

I have the dvd's too, but for some reason I felt more of a workout with the Wii. Probably because I was more focused on getting the moves perfect, as opposed to just shaking my booty like a fool. When the instructor turns green, it means you're doing the moves perfect!

I have it too! I love it but I feel really silly doing it, I have to close my blinds because I think if my neighbors say me they would think that I'm crazy!

My FH got me Zumba for xbox kinect......im not sure im gonna like it too much just bc the kinect is a pain in the butt to get going......u need a lot of room and we dont. I would like to get it for wii

I've heard that about the kinect. I know its a lot more sensitive to your movements but we have the same room issue. The one for the wii comes with a waistband that you put the remote into and that is what tracks your movements, perfect for small spaces!
