Hi ladies! I remember there being talk of an after work happy hour GTG for the girls who live/work in NYC, but I think that thread disappeared. Would anyone be interested in getting together after work (maybe 7?) somewhere in Manhattan for dinner/drinks? I think a Tuesday or Wednesday would work best, because places tend to be more crowded on Thursdays and Fridays, and also that's generally when we're all busy anyway. I work in Tribeca, but I'm willing to travel wherever. Here are some ideas I had...
1. Mexican/margaritas: I lovvvvve margaritas, so this would prob be my first choice.
2. Thai: the entrees are generally cheap, and while most thai places aren't known for their drinks, they do have full bars. I'm thinking Klong in the East Village? The food is good (and cheap), and I'm pretty sure they have drink specials.
Feel free to add more ideas!!

just throwing this out there but if you guys wait until next wednesday there is that wedding salon event that's free. there will be fashion shows, cake tastings, etc at capitale from 4-8 pm. i got an email with a coupon code from kleinfelds that gives you free admission plus a guest if you guys want it.

that sounds cool, but I'd like if we could keep this wednesday as a GTG date since it seems like a lot of people are able to make it. I'd also be interested in next wednesday, though!

Yup I'm still down!!!!!! It's up to you if you want to make a reservation but the place isn't usually packed on weekdays. It gets super packed on wknds.
Hmm..we would need at least an approx count to make a reservation and i'm guessing a lot of girls won't be able to get on the site until after work hours.. so I dunno.
Also wondering, do they have happy hour and if so, can we still get HH prices if we get a table?
