I brought my gym bag to work today. Now all I have to do is go. I am going to go right from work. I am not going to even drive near my house. I can do it!

Trying drinking green tea also. I find that it helps cause it keeps you in the bathroom (for number 1 not 2).
Anyone else have any tips?
I agree, green tea is great, it gives you energy and it speeds up your metabolism. The dry leaves are better than the tea that comes in packets but either way you'll reap the benefits.

Well ladies I joined Wed night and I started it today...I weighed in on wed. at 235.2. my 10% target is 23lbs..but i want to get down to 145-150...i wanna fit into my skinny jeans again!
i highly dislike tea, and it makes me gag terribly...but i'll try the green tea..thanks for the tip gals!!
oh and did everyone know that if you drink 1 full bottle of bottled water that equals two 8 oz glasses? its good to know when you're trying to get in your 6 glasses a day

A good thing I buy is polly string cheese- they are good for a snack (only 2 points), and also are all perfectly measured if you want to make a low point parmesan!

One of my biggest deals is eating five times a day....my three normal meals...and two healthy snacks.
I now also won't eat past seven o clock, unless of course for a special occasion.
I'm only allowing myself to drink any sort of alcohol once a week, twice if I was really good that week.
And I do the majority of the carbs for breakfast and lunch, otherwise at night time they just kind of sit there because we don't burn them off. So at night I've been doing a protein like grilled chicken, steak, turkey....veggies...a salad.....and if I desperately want potatoes, normally I do, i only allow myself a small portion at night time.
Another trick...And this was told to me by my doctor. First thing you do when you wake up.....drink 8 oz of water. Before any breakfast any juice.....the second you wake up...drink at least a glass of water. He said it kick starts your metabolism for the day and replenishes all that you sweat off in your sleep. I've been doing that for two weeks....and I wake up now really wanting water....you'd be amazed how much it helps in the morning

I haven't started dieting yet, I am a horrible eater my eating habits are total sh**, I don't eat ANY vegetables so I'm stuck on a lot of 'diet' foods. I really want to start I only have 14 months to go. Are you spending a lot at WW? We all have to support each other, keep ourselves motivated!!!! XOXOXOXO Kitty
