Hey all you 09 Swan Club girls! I figured since there are quite a few of us now, we could definitely start our own thread. I like using the past threads for some great ideas, but I also figured this is a good place for us 09 planners to post questions and share ideas.

I think they told us we could bring two other people with you but that you'd have to pay for their meals. Not 100% on that though.

I brought 3 others with me besides myself and FH. that was the number i requested, and they never said that i was over a limit, or limited...

I'm getting married in Sept. When do I pick my menu?? Will they contact me? Do I call them? I am so clueless about this stuff.

They say they usually call you about 6 weeks before to make an appointment... but I actually wanted to make an earlier appt so I called them and the first appt they had was 7/1 - 3 weeks before my wedding.

They don't provide menu cards. I had mine made.

Maybe cause I remember asking them and they said no. But they could have changed it. Best way to know if to call.

What address did you ladies put on the invitations?
I figured I would use the GPS address that is listed in their website but am now having second thoughts.

we're making our final pmt tomorrow and as usual to make sure i calculate everything and i found that tax charge they added is 10.17%.... but isn't tax supposed to be only 8.625%?

Ok, they explained that the service charge is taxable . So the tax charge is 8.625% of the total plus service charge

The service charge is taxable???? even the mandatory tip costs more money! Why are wedding so expensive???????
