Hey ladies, This is for all of us Westchester Brides out there (any anyone else looking for info or ideas of course). I love LIW and have gotten a TON of great ideas on here, but it may be helpful for us to have our own thread so we can share local vendors, places, ideas. I'll start w/my info and what I'm still looking for that would be great if it's local to Westchester.
missliss (Alissa) 3/15/2008 CV Rich Mansion in White Plains DJ- FM Entertainment (LI) Florist- Pearl River Florist (Rockland) Photo- Konrad Kolen (Jersey) Officiants - Rabbi Ron and Father Rich (both Westchester) Hotel- Crowne Plaza White Plains Hair & M/U- Sachiko Yanase
Still looking for a rehearsal dinner place....if anyone has any suggestions for either of these near the CP White Plains (which is right behind the Westchester Mall) that would be fantastic!!!!

Crash away! Where is your hair and makeup person located? Is she coming to you or the other way around? Most of my friends have used Silver Star and have been really happy!
Both my hair and make-up girls are coming to me!! Veronica has done my hair for EVERY occasion, weddings, parties, holidays, etc! She is awesome. Denise has worked at MAC for years, plus she is a good friends of mine, now she does freelance work in addition to working at the counter in Nordstroms!! She is also amazing!
Veronica is from Yonkers and Denise is from Eastchester.
Do you hae any hair photos you could post? Did she do the ones in your album? (I just peeked).
Not yet, but I will have pics tomorrow night, I have my hair trial tomorrow!

YAY! I am working w/ Jenn, but I think there may be 2 Jenn's there, her last name is Spaziante. I love her, she is great! My samples are in my album. I wanted something low, full of color, simple & elegant! Our actual CP will be a lot fuller and with curly willow, they ran out the day of my sample. My BF is getting married at the Fountainhead on 11/2/07 and she went with Arcadia as well.

Have any of you booked a hair/mu person yet? I'd like to get it done by the CP White Plains? Can anyone recommend a good White Plains salon I can check out?
