Yes, that is standard for all VH to have it in the room across from the main ballroom. We so wanted it outside and they could not do it, but, we did manage to have everyone go outside because we had cigars for all and it was such a nice night. Everyone got their desserts and went outside. I love the Inn...

has anyone heard that they do the free zeppoles for the guests as they are leaving the wedding? I heard that they did this in a couple of cases but was just wondering....

I think there is a surprise given to your guests at the end of the night, but I'm not sure if they are given away at every wedding...

Frank told me they always do a surprise of some kind for the bride. He mentioned the zeppoles of what they did for one 'very italian' family, but it seems pretty common for everyone.

I'm pretty sure they said that they give them out to the guests....because I had inquired about adding them on as an extra...and they said that the zeppoles were a surprise for the bride and groom which is pretty cool

Do you guys feel like due tot he size of the room and the height of the ceilings, you need high CP? I kind of feel this way. Can you post your CP ideas?
Did they mention any of the decor that they provide (candles, etc?)

My name is Erica. I'm not doing any uplighting just trying to save money where I can. I am using High CP since I'm only having about 150 guests so we will already need to be spread out so the room doesn't look empty and I think this look will bring it all together. Don't have pics yet, but when I do, I will post away!

I'm not into high CPs, its just my personal preference. I am going with large, low centerpieces. They will be somewhat elevated - this reminds me that I need to find my footed vase. Will post pics eventually!
