My name is Franchesca. I'm Ecuadorian as is my DH. I'm so glad and excited to see this thread.

We had padrinos in our wedding and made sure that there was plenty of spanish music being played at our wedding. It was great to see everyone getting down to some cumbia

I'm actually dancing to Marc Anthony's 'I need you'..although my Fiance isn't too crazy about it, I on the other hand love it...lol. There is also a version in spanish. Not sure which version I will be dancing too. Feel free to let me know your thoughts

Thanks! I was thinking about that too. The place I might be having my wedding is at Marina Del Rey in Throggs neck. Not sure if you've been there but there colors are gold with ivory inside. So I was a bit uneasy about mixing the chocolate brown in there.

Your colors are soooooo unique! Love it.

i like the english 1 but i think the spanish version might have more meaning to it if your family speaks it more but its a nice song imo

LOL...I hope so. I haven't been able to sleep this past week. I'm actually a finalist to win a free wedding from z100...can you believe that!!!!!! I;ve never won anything in my life and this is SO HUGE for me!!!!! I have no one in my family who can afford to help me pay for a wedding so I'm so nervous about this contest. We will actually be the first ones to have a formal wedding in my family. I just hope that people will see my video and vote for us because we truly deserve to win this.

Awwww...I am couple 2 (Ramon and Maribel). Hopefully you will enjoy our story!!!! I believe they do this every year!!! It started 2 weeks ago and we were chosen out of 200 couples. Could you believe our names were the first ones called!!! I couldn't believe it!!! Never did I imagine being a finalist, especially to win a paid wedding.
