My name is Wendy. I was born in the Dominican Rep., came here when I was seven, lived in Jersey, BK, Queens and now I live in boring Staten Island (moved back home to save money). I graduated with a BA in Psychology from NYU. I'm currently working in the city for a Due Diligence and Compliance Firm. FH is PR...born and raised in Chelsea, got his BS in Computer Science from St. Johns. He is currently in the Army working as a Intelligence Analyst. We met back in college

I live up in the bronx, I currently attend borough of manhattan community college majoring in human services. I graduate next year. I have been with FH for about four years. Known him for about 6 years. Got my GED and decided that i didnt wanna be a looser. I was a troubled child and im a VIP country club bride.

HId name is Jeff and his Haitian. We have known each other since HS started dating after high school and 7 yrs later here we are .. He works fro Citigroup... so now a days its very scary cause the future is so uncertain. Hopefully things get better.

I grew up in Washington Heights ( the best dominican bakeries - if anyone is looking for a dominican cake) LOL... but now i live in the Bronx - in Riverdale/Van Cortlandt area...FH just moved in. :)

LOL. No beatings could have set me straight, I just realized it was getting old and if I wanted to have the best, then I was going to work for it. I was very troubled and even now that I am about to graduate I find myself having to prove myself to my parents. Ive turned my life around and got A's and B's in my transcript ( only one C) and I feel like they still see me as who I was, not who I am.

They might be like that for a little. My mom still sees that troubled girl as well. It hurts but i know im doing and achieved alot. They'll see it one day. Its hard for parents to forget what we put them through. I still get things thrown in my face when we argue but thats something i have to live w/. dont worry just keeping doing what your doing :) Just be proud of what you have done and keep moving forward

I am Suneydis and am 100% Cuban, born in Cuba..lol My DH was born here but he is Ecuadorian. The only thing we had in our wedding was spanish music, but of course we mixed it will all types of music. I even had arabic music at my wedding.

we are going to have everything cumbia,salsa merengue bachata some small peruvian music i dont really like.. and of course Hip hop .. everything. i want it to be like im in LQ's and dj camillo is playing lol... I love him
