I'm going to pick my menu on Saturday!! I need help picking a chicken dish. Did anyone choose the Chicken w/ Champagne sauce or the Chicken Florentine??


Looks like I missed your appointment. But we had the Chicken with Champagne sauce because I didn't want to have Chicken Francese. It was very similar and I didn't hear any complaints. I had the Chateaubriand so I don't know how the chicken was.

Now, the Crepe Florentine was out of this world - we LOVED it. So I would imagine that the Chicken Florentine would be just as good.

So how did it go? What did you choose?

My wedding there was great. I don't really have any complaints. Everyone raved about the food. The flowers that came with the package lasted almost 2 weeks after the wedding. Loved it!

Glad to hear it! I haven't met w/ Milleridge Florist yet....did you stick w/ the dozen roses? or add to it?

I actually used a different florist for the centerpieces, but the Milleridge did the 1/2 dozen roses in bubble vases on all the cocktail tables. They really looked nice and lasted a long time.

I don't have my pics yet.

That is so awesome! I didn't know that we could use the roses during the CH -- good to know!

I will have some stuff to add as well...my wedding is next Saturday!!!! But so far, I have doen teh tasting, everything was very yummy....and Nadine is our BM and she has been amazing, so on top of everything whihc is great b/c I have been so busy/stressed so it is nice that she calls me rather than me calling her.

I am using a different florist but the flowers that are included I am having placed in the lobby area, bathrooms, etc.

Will post more after teh big day!

How far in advance did you all make an appointment w/ the bakery?

I made my florist meeting for next week but I was wondering if I should make the bakery soon too.

I met w/ Bob & Milleridge Florist.....what a wonderful guy to work with!!! Picked out all the flowers!! SO EXCITED!!!

Ladies,

I got married there on October 22nd.
They did an awesome job.
My guests raved about the food and how classy everything looked.
The service was great.

I will post a review...eventually, but FM for any questions.

The one negative I was told was that my wedding cake (the yellow part) was a tad dry - but the chocolate mousse filling was great (which is is what DH and I fed to each other - I dont remember dryness) I also didnt care coz I had their viennese which everyone LOVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


They really do a wonderful job!!!!!!!!!!
