That's what I'm doing (but not with the branches - never thought of that but it sounds really cool)! I don't know why but I'm starting to second guess the CP's, especially when other people post their's. They are all so pretty. I feel like I should put some filler in it but I don't know what kind.

I actually hate fillers.....fillers to me is a lot of unnecessary green stuff. Mine will just be all the roses all tight filling up the entire vase so there will be no room for fillers/greens. The berries will add a nice touch. I actually don't like too much going on in a floral arrangement - I love just roses. I'm not into 4 or 5 different flowers in one arrangement. I think it will be pretty - you should stick with it!

I agree!!!I told John (from FM) that I hate green and I want absolutely no fillers or I will freak... he must think I am totally a bridezilla, but I just love the look of full centerpieces/Bo-ks that are all flowers! My centerpieces will be blush pink roses with creme hydrangea on a high spiral votive stand..

Good Question- I think my dress comes with a shall too. I am thinking of trying to find something warmer though, just in case it's really cold out. Anyone have ideas on where I can find a faux fur shall? My dress is Champagne so I don't think white would go.. hmm this is going to be tough.

I would think an ivory color in a satin material would match. You'd have to bring a swatch of your dress to make sure it doesn't clash but that's the color that comes to mind. You could always get one dyed to match as well.

I don't plan on getting a shall or wrap...just don't think I will be needing it. I am getting married at my hall so won't be standing outside a church or anything.

Someone on here a while back posted a really pretty faux fur wrap thing that she got at David's Bridal.

Wow that is pretty!!! I might get it once I have a swatch of my dress and I can compare if it will match. (My dress is a very light ivory)

I don't think I would use the shall at all...but I was just wondering if it would look nice. I would want something that is the same material or pahmina-like. Not sure I would do the fur, howver my sister MOH wants a fur wrap.

We'll see.

I have not been on in a while because I've been so busy (new job), but I had to jump in on the shawl question. Last fall I saw a bride on LIW that had a beautiful fur shawl and lo and behold, it was from Forever 21. I went to the store soon after and found a huge selection of fake fur stoles, jackets, and boleros.

I'm glad to hear that everyone's planning is going well. Believe it or not, I just came from visiting my dress - it's in!

I'm not 100% sure yet. All I know is we are doing pocketfolds that are a 'mountain rose' color. That's about as far as I've gotten. Doyou think I should send early September, or since I have lots of OOT guests (about 50-60%) should I try to send late August?

I can't believe you're making them I just don't have the patience for that. I just ordered my invites last week and hope to get them out in mid August.

I have to go look at the proof for my invitations then they can go ahead with the order. So do you ladies think they should get out by late August or early September? I'm not sure about that.

As for the shawl question, I had extra fabric ordered w/my dress, the seamstress is going to make me one. I'm hoping we aren't really going to need it.

I still have stuff to do:

favors
passport
honeymoon
havent even thought about the rehearsal dinner yet
my jewlery
ring pillow
make up person

I'm sure I'm missing stuff, if anyone can think of what I'm missing please tell me!
