Thanks so much, i do have the Garden room so i'll probably make my own bathroom baskets. I'm super excited !! lol...i'll ask about the candy buffet.

hi girls, i got married at SC in july in the garden room...they did not provide baskets for the bathroom...my MIL made them for us

I definitely will share, i just don't want to be calling all the time because i just don't want to be a nag since i booked like 2 weeks ago i dont want them to say ugh already she's harassing lol...but i'll probably start calling like in January to ask questions.

A photographer left a message for me yesterday saying they were from the Swan club ( i didn't get their name because it was a message given to me by my mom). Has anyone used any of the Swan Club vendors? Are they pricey?

It was probably Glemar. We did meet with them and they were very reasonable but just not what we were looking for.

glenmar was actually pretty annoying with their calls.... HUGE turnoff... told them id get back to them when i was gonna start planning and they thankfully finally left me alone... they drove me up a wall..

havent used any of the vendors and dont plan on doing so... so i cant help ya there!

Hey...I actually wanted to do this as well and I did not even think of the chance that they might require table numbers. sorry i'm of no help but i would like to know as well...

we did our own cards but used numbers. i kept everything numbered as the swan club has it but i bet there's some flexibility with that. i would just ask your maitre'd to make sure. sorry, i guess that's not really much help!

I use postcards as my table cards, but I also stuck numbers on them. I'm sure it'll be fine to use table names instead of numbers. The Swan Club will give you a layout of the room with the tables already numbered. You could write the table number on the back of your table card (like in the bottom corner) just so SC knows how to set it up.

I got married in the Garden Room on October 4 and will be posting a review with pictures in the next week or so. :)
