They used the lighting I thought it was a perfect amount! Thats cool that they used the left overs since they were there! I am going to the florist next week so I am glad I went to the wedding first because I know what i need like for the out side cocktail hour I might get like 4 things to put around the ledges

Re: OFFICIAL VINEYARD CATERERS THREAD

Def flowers along the ledges of the cocktail hour and some for the actual buffet of the cocktail hour. Obviously ones in the reception room on the tables and I think thats it...Its so pretty there you dont need much!

Hey all!!
Booked a Florist and Photographer today. Grand Bouquets who gave us an awesome price and then Art-istic Images whose pictures were great and Artie was amazing!!! Anyone else do any bookings? We are looking at limos and Videographers later in the week!

Re: OFFICIAL VINEYARD CATERERS THREAD

We havent decided on a honeymoon....i would LOVE LOVE LOVE to go to tahiti but there is NO WAY i could get FH on a plane for that long, esp to get on a puddle jumper too! My second option is hawaii!!

We havent booked anything in awhile...i really want to book limos!!! Not sure who we're going to go with yet. I really like Kerri's idea of the trolley but idk if that would work with going to the church and the venue....with the time in between for the guests i mean.

We are going to Burt0ns tonight so we'll see what they say price wise. I def want to meet with Homeside too!!!

I'm having a friend who is very talented artistically draw me something for my invites...i hope i love it and can use it on everything!

I'm going for my makeup trial on Friday with Kelly from Glam Me Up, i hope i love it!!!

Who are you girls using for your hair?

Tomsbride Posted: Aug 17, 2010 11:16 AM

Re: OFFICIAL VINEYARD CATERERS THREAD

I haven't even thought about hair or makeup yet! I'm kind of lost on that topic. Thinking I will look in a few months.

I am thinking Greece, Costa Rica or Bora Bora.

Top of the list is Bora Bora.

Re: OFFICIAL VINEYARD CATERERS THREAD

Hey,

My aunt is a beautician so she is doing my hair and i am going for a make-up trial next month by Jacqueline Nicole Make-up (prettyme.com). But this week we booked everything since we both had off! So here is what we did and we got AMAZING prices so if your still in the hunt you know whats out there!

Photographer: Art-istic Images (Artie)
Videographer: Wedding Cinema (Pete)
Florist: Grand Bouquet (Liz)
Limo: Legend Limousine (Bobby)
DJ: Mark Legrady (you can find him on FB)
Invitations: T&M Printing (tmprinting.cceasy.com)
Cocktail Hour: Josh Cho (Ukulele) or George Tibbett (Acoustic Guitar) love them both so we just need to decide the feeling we want

On the agenda
Cigar Roller: My dad is supposed to finalize tomorrow!!
Honeymoon:flights aren't out yet

I am glad its mostly all planned so we dont have anything to worry about till the wedding
Hope planning is going well for everyone!

Re: OFFICIAL VINEYARD CATERERS THREAD

I booked my makeup with glam me up...kelly is soooo sweet! Has anyone done hair yet or had any hair trials yet? That is my next task to get done.

Tomsbride Posted: Aug 19, 2010 09:33 AM

Re: OFFICIAL VINEYARD CATERERS THREAD

OMG!!! That is insane. Did they tell you you're responsible for the rooms you blocked if 80% aren't booked? I think that is BS!

I'm calling the Holiday Inn Express today to see what they can give me and the HGI. It might be cheaper to just rent a coach bus!
