officiant recommendation

Is anyone not getting married in a church. FH and I do not belong to a specific parish in Nassau. Although, we are Catholic we cannot find anyone to marry us outside of the church they belong to. We are looking for a recommendation on an officiant who is really into making our day unique to us and will make an effort to learn about the couple they are marrying. Does anyone have any suggestions/referrals?
