Don't worry....the weather might change by then. Two days before my wedding they said it was going to be thunder storms all day and it turned out to be sunny & beautiful.

Just to be safe...I would look for a white umbrella, don't know where you can get one though.

Don't get too worried yet - that is too far away for them to predict accurately...it will probably be a beautiful day!!!

Don't get yourself worried about the weather! It has been very unpredictable lately. You may have a gorgeous day!

You could always cover yourself with a huge black hefty bag. Ha Ha Ha!

Seriously, I like the white umbrella idea. Try Patchogue Floral's Fantasy Land. They have a lot of wedding stuff! Good Luck

I have seen someone's wedding pictures on the knot, where they were under a black/white large gold umbrella. The b/w pix looked really nice.

I don't think any weather will ruin your wedding...remember, rain is good luck! THat day is your day, the day you've been planning for so long...no matter what, you'll have a great wedding!

Re: Oh, NOOOO!

Hit a golf store and buy a golf umbrella! One of the big ones that some people carry on the city streets and **** people off with.

They are actually really elegant, and like Alina said, I've seen pics that are really cute with them.

And don't worry!!! Your day will be beautiful!!!

Don't pay any attention to weather reports - they are wrong so often. (Last thursday they said we were going to get a lot of snow and we got nothing!)

A golf umbrella would work or check with your limo co, they might have a large umbrella.

Your day will be beautiful!!

Don't worry about it- buy a big golf umbrella just in case. (you can always return it) My friend who is a wedding photographer had a bride that was hoping for rain because she liked the way the pictures with the umbrella looked.

Cheer up! The weather has been so crazy this winter that it might be fine altogether! If it does act up, there's nothing you can do, so try as hard as you can not to stress it. (I know it's hard!)
The cutest pic at my best friends wedding is one of her husband holding an umbrella for her and they're kind of laughing at the absurdity of it all. You just have to make the best of it. good luck! I'll say a prayer for sunshine!

Re: Oh, NOOOO!

Even if it does rain/snow (which hopefully it won't) please do not be upset. For 14 months I planned the biggest and best day of my life. I wanted a mid-June wedding with the ceremony and cocktail hour outside, and low and behold, I think June 14, 2002 was the only time it rained that month. I had to have everythig inside (thank g_d I ordered extra flowers). You have to keep in mind the weather is the only thing you have no control of. Even with the rain I woud change nothing. We did get some pics on the outside deck of John Anthonys with the bridge in the bakground and I think they came out great. No matter what happens just remember to keep

Re: Oh, NOOOO!

it poured rain on me throughout my ENTIRE wedding day, and I mean poured. when the day comes, if that happens, you will just go with it, it won't upset you as much as you think it will. Do try and find a pretty umbrella, the white was is a great idea. Half my pics have a black umbrella with 'mets' printed on it....

Based on the forecasters track record, you may have a sunny and mild day. So don't worry. There is still a whole lot of time for things to change.

I agree with everyone else...don't panic...the weather might change and be sunny!! Besides a little shower is supposed to be good luck

Just remember-if it rains on your wedding day, it's good luck.
Oh, and if it doesn't rain on your wedding day, apparently it's good luck too! Haha, it's a win/win situation.
