OK...so what has everyone done so far?

I'm curious to know what people have accomplished so far. I dont know if I'm lagging or I'm doing too much too quick.

I've booked/done:

Ceremony/Reception site: Coral House
DJ- Elegancia Ent.
DOC- booking Christine from Exquisite Affairs
Samples of almost every DIY ( invites, childrens coloring books, unity candle, memorial candle, bubbles, bubbles basket, menu)
Bought paper needed for invites

Photographer definetely next month. Going with 12th Night.

We're booking the DJ on Monday and then the only big thing left is flowers

Oh and I think I've pretty much narrowed the BM dress down to two choices but I'm not ordering them until June or so cause one of my BM will be studying in Paris until then! Lucky her!

I hope to book the DJ soon because once the semester starts up planning pretty much will be on hold until May

Ahhhh its been hard while also trying to plan an e-party, ive been busy booking dj for e-party, getting the invitations, favors, decorating, blocking hotel rooms. I need to book appointments soon for these things:

DJ
Limo
flowers

hmmm those are the major ones I need for now, if i get those out of the way then I think i'll be fine...I did RH and ceremony months ago

I booked my church, RH and DJ. I am planning on starting to look at photo/video in February and March and I pretty much know who my florist is going to be and when I spoke to him he said to come by in May of this year so we can talk and book officially. I'm planning to get my dress this May.

Ooo by any chance would that be pedestals, i also know who i want to use, well obviously pedestals lol. I also know who i want for dj and limo...So yeah i dont need to shop around, just have to book with these vendors...I had 2 appts with starlight express and i had to cancel both times bc of work ...this was in dec, i need to make another appt

Well, its funny because my hall requires we use one of their house vendors for florist. They have one florist that is actually in house, his office is downstairs, it is called Atlas and his work is absolutely insanely gorgeous, so I was planning on just using him. But then the woman I am working with at the RH hall just told me that Pedestals is now one of their house vendors that we can use so I am going to check them out as well, I hear they do good work and Atlas is suppsed to be prety $$$ so maybe pedestals will give me a better deal...
