OMG!! I broke my toe 3 DAYS before my wedding!!!

I've been crying hysterically for the past 5 hours. I am just beyond upset right now!!! It hurts so bad to stand on it. Mind you I broke it because FH left his work shoes in the middle of the floor and I tripped over them!! I just can't believe this!!

OMG! Rest for the next few days! Take some advil the morning of and keep taking it every few hours so that you wont feel the pain on your big day! Lots of

Did you go to the doctor? You know for sure your toe is broken? maybe it is not that bad.

Did you get it xrayed? Go to the doc tomorrow to find out for sure if not! Lots of ice, keep it elevated and don't walk on it- I know, easier said than done!! I am so sorry sweetie!!

do you have it bandaged up? I would try to stay off of it for the next couple of days! take lots of advil/tylenol for the pain!

OK, you can do this. Take an anti-inflammatory (Naproxin or something), STAY OFF YOUR FEET, lots of ice, and a whole lot of very positive thinking. Do you have 'comfy' shoes for later in the reception? Think about ballet slippers wo you can tape your toes if you need to come reception time. I know how awful the timing is, but really, really, concentrate on 'willing' yourself to feel better. I know it won't unbreak your toe, but try like hell to feel as good as you possibly can for your big day. I'm so sorry this happened. Please have a Happy Wedding!!!!
