I'm so upset. One of my BMs had to back out because of financial reasons. She is one of my closest friends and she feels terrible, but I understand why. I'm just so bummed

Aww that's sad, but it sounds like you're very understanding about it, which is cool.

Is there anyway to maybe cover some of her expenses so she could still be in it? One of my BMs was concerned about expenses, and I told her if she wanted, me and my other friends could chip in for her dress as an early bday gift for her.
