If you were invited to a sunday night wedding-
Would you go? Or would you be deterred b/c it was sunday night.. Thanks for any opinions ...

it's a 5:30-11:00pm wedding..
I'm just nervous that out of town guests will get upset by this considering that they definitely not be able to get home for work the next day.. Maybe im caring to much.. i dunno

what time would it end?
it would also depend on how close i am to the person... if i was close to them i would go and prob take off the next day- if it ended late...
if i wasnt close to them and it ended late i wouldnt go
if i wasnt close and it ended at a reasonable time i would go

I actually DID go to a wedding this past November on a Sunday night. We didn't even consider not going. We had a ton of fun, everyone else seemed to also. Monday morning was a little rough, but I just dealt with it!

I would go. FH and I always try to go to any event we are invited to. From birthdays to weddings! I could understand your concern, but everyone and anyone who matters will go no matter when the wedding is held.

I would go, but being that my whole family works and goes to school on Monday I might leave a little early, but I would definately go to a wedding.

I think I would go...but I know what you mean about people having to take time off work. You dont want to upset people..but if they care about you or your FH then they wll be there to celebrate with you

i would go, dont worry about oot guests if they work mon-fri, they wont have to take off say fri if you were getting married on sat, so...instead they take off mon...

I would go. I prefer Fridays or Saturdays but I wouldn't not go to one just because it was on a Sunday.

I would go! Mine as a Sunday night in October, 6pm till 11pm...
Whoever was from out of town, just took the next day off, or went in late...
I was a little concerned at first about that, but you know what? if they wanna be there,,they will be...I felt a little guilty having it on a Sunday evening too...but beleive me, fi they want to be there, they will figure a way to do it!

i love weddings... so i would def. go. also, my job allows me to take mondays off if requested, so yes, def.
