I would go. I'm going for the people that are getting married not the day. My friend is getting married on a Sunday this July. It may not be Nov, but it's still a Sunday.
The people that love you will be at your wedding regardless of what day it is that's my opinion.

I would definitely go! I've been to Sunday night weddings before and I see no problem with them. My FH and I almost booked a Sunday night for our wedding as well.

I'd go. If it was somsone I really cared about I wouldn't let day of the week deter me, unless I couldn't get the time off or whatever, but I'd try to leave early on thursday and get fridta off to go, if now I'd come and leave early

I am getting married on a Sunday night and so did my sister, and my cousin. I see nothing wrong with a Sunday wedding. It is what people can afford these days.

It's funny you ask, because I just went to a wedding (same time) last night!!! I am definitely hurting a little now even though I was fine last night. I can't take it easy at weddings, have to dance, etc. The only negative was that some of the younger people did leave a little early and it wasn't as much of a party as a saturday night probably would have been...but the couple had a great time and it was still fun...just can't expect people to do the late night hotel thing really, ya know? Sundays can be very nice also and save a lot of money, but it depends what type of atmosphere you want probably. I'm going to get some coffee haha...good luck!!

I wouldn't worry too much about it. We're having our wedding on a THURSDAY night in July. And we've gotten only about 5% no responses with the deadline being this Tuesday. Don't put too much stress on yourself when picking a day. People that care will come, and those that don't... well, you don't want them there anyway. It's a good excuse for people to take a long weekend.

If this was the wedding of a very close friend or relative, I would go unless I had some previous commitment I could not get out of in time.
If it was the wedding of someone I don't know that well, or had drifted apart from, I might not go. My guess is the people closest to you and FH will go no matter what day of the week.

One thought--I'm assuming you're considering Sunday night because of costs? Is Friday night a similar price? I think some people might find it easier to take off Friday, or leave work early to attend. Just a thought.

My opinion is that if you're going to attend someone's wedding it won't matter what day/time it is, you'll go no matter what.
The only thing you may lose are people that are on the fence or probably wouldn't come anyway.

Of course! I think it would be really nice, you have so many options, think fall folliage the great colors that you can incorporate into the wedding.
