Ordering invites please help

I have to order my freakin invites. seriously, i'm gonna end up sending post it notes to people if i don't get a move on with this.

so please help me.

I need to find an appropriate word to go with my invites.

The sample says
At half past five in the eventide

I am getting married at 4 in the afternoon.

I can't say afternoon because it would mess up the rest of the invitation.

does anyone know what word i can use?

Can i still use eventide even though it's not *quite* evening yet?

eventide? never even heard of that... what is the rest of the invitation text? are you trying to make it rhyme?

not trying to make it rhyme. It's a 'theme' invite.

i'll post a picture of it.

okay - i think you can't use eventide because most people won't know what it is but all of the older people who do will know it's wrong and get confused...

i'm racking my brain to figure out what you can use...

i think this is one of those things that will seem like a big deal to you but other people won't be picky about, you can do it either way you want and still have the same effect.

If you like 'eventide' i'd just do 'the fourth hour in the eventide' or something. i'm assumng most people wont even know what eventide means or the proper usage, but they will get the point that it means 4pm. or you can say at 4 o clock in the evening/afternoon whatever, and i dont think it will take away from the invite.

or you could come up with something totally different... i will try to help you think.

they use 'the X hour' but no eventide...
