I have a 10 month old JRT and he's still peeing all over the floor no matter how many times we walk him. He'll not pee outside and then the minute we leave him alone he pees on he floor. Do you think this is for spite? My mom's so angry with the dog and now she's always tying him up! I want to be able to help him. Any advice?
Does anyone else have a JRT? How much do you feed him/her?

Seriously, tying him up won't accomplish anything. Can you confine him to a portion of your house (with no carpeting) while you are not home or possibly paper train him? I understand your mom's frustration, but you need a LOT of patience to own a puppy. Why did she get the dog for your sister if your sister didn't want a dog? SO MANY people would want a JRT if you advertised in the paper ... would you guys consider that?
