last night Caly scratched me in the eye ( my cat) it feels like something is in it...i went to bed and woke up it feels worse. i tried visene it hurt like a biotch!! i was in the bathroom blinking my eye in a cup of water for the last 30 minutes i tried cold water and warm water is there anything else i can try??? its bothering me so much!!! thanks
UPDATE just got bck from the doctor i have a scratched cornea he gave me 2 medication drops and an eye ointment to use at bedtime ug whats gonna happen next???????? i am so sick of doctors and hurting goddamnittttttttttttttttt
Caly knows she was bad....i pcked hea se j impin my arms..erves he right for being wild and lunging at my face and scratching my eye!!!!!!

Is there a possibility that your cornea is scratched? I know that happened to my cousin and I think then you just wear a patch and let it heal. You may need to look into this further with a doctor. Good luck and feel better!

Yeah you probably did scratch your cornea. I have done that twice before. I went to the opthamologist and he gave me steriod drops. If you tell them you think its scatched and burning they always got me in right away. Feel better!

Ooh that s*cks, FH has done that a few times before. When your cornea is scratched it feels like you have something in it. You can go to either the opt. or the emergency room and they will give you drops to put in and also this vaseline type stuff that is an antibiotic.

I had that happen to me when I was younger and my mom took me to the hospital. They gave me some drops and I had to wear a patch for a few days. I would def go to the Dr.

you probably scratched your cornea, i know 3 people this happened to and youre gonna have to go to the eye doctor, it can keep getting worse now and cause problems.
Also do you notice alot of eye gook forming?
Don't put anymore things in your eye, depending on what it is, it can just irritate it more

I had something stuck in my eye once....i went to the ER....eventually it just fell out but dont try to do anything yourself you may damage it!

deff take a trip to the MD. It is most likely that she scratched your cornea (as everyone else said). You should have antibiotic drops b/c cats can carry bacteria etc. (ever hear of cat scratch fever?) Also, infections can occur just from the normal bacteria in your eye, tears, mucous etc.
I hope it gets better VERY soon. There is an easy test called a litmus test that the MD can do to see if the cornea is scratched! They apply a dye to the sclera and use a UV light to see if the dye stains the scratch --- then they send you home with DRUGS
