Those whose parents were contributing/paying for wedding...did they come with you to look for RH?

Our parents only came when we signed the contract. But they didn't come when we were just looking at places.

My parents are contributing a bit towards the wedding, and FHs parents aren't at all, so we're fitting most of the bill (about 80%).
When we visited RHs, FH and I went with my mom and his mom. When we decided we were booking at CHCC, we brought the moms and dad's along. I felt like we got more respect with the 'elders' around. FH and I went to a couple of RHs by ourselves and just didn't get the same treatment.

My mom came with me only because FH was sick the day of our appointment and I was too excited to change it I know I am a mean bride LOL
They did not come back until the bridal showcase and a few band showcases we went to there.
FMIL saw it at a band showcase FFIL still has not seen it

My parents only came when we decided which RH we wanted, we looked at about 12 places I felt horrible dragging them around with us. Which was fine with them, they ended up loving NRC. They came to sign the contract with us and Dad used his amazing negotiating skills lol, we bring him to sign every contract. My parents are paying for the entire event so FH's parents haven't been as involved. But after we booked they went to look at the hall without us and can't stop talking about how much they love it.

My parents are paying for the whole shebang, and they both came with us to look at RHs. My dad really only cared about the bar area and what kind of liquor is served But he was really cute.
My mom definitely voiced her opinions, but they were mostly the same as mine so it was OK. In the end they were happy they came because we booked the place that they had originally wanted to get married at 30 years ago!!

My mom came with me to look at the RH and my dad came only to sign the contract. Ask your parents if they want to come to all the appointments they might say no just the final one. I just want my mom involved since I'm her only girl.

My sister & I did the RH search. My mom only came to one with us because it was in NJ & I didn't want to have to drive all the way their to show her if we liked it. Although my parents paid for the RH they wanted me to be happy & pick what I liked. So they only saw the one I loved.

both sets of parents are contributing. we didn't bring anybody with us. my parents have already been, and so have his... but i really didn't want to bring parents, especially his. fmil is the kind of lady who is the definition of the quote 'you give an inch, they take a mile.' i'm trying to keep her out of as much as i can.

Our parents came to visit the NRC after FH and I decided we loved it. We wanted them to see it before we signed. They also came for the food tasting. My parents would not have patience to see the 15 other places we went to lol

My FH and I are going to look first. Then when we sign a contract, we will bring our parents. No need to bring them around and waste their time...hehe.
