all you have to do is count. Start this month, write on your calendar when your last AF visit was and when the next one comes, that is how I count it.

Shamma some people are different all the time. They can be anywhere between 28-34 days

I notice that Jen, but if they don't count or track it they will never know, so counting on the calendar each month could let them know.

when you are 'irregular' you can count all you want but you wont know.
like one month its 31 days, another month it can be 34 days and so on and so on.

Usually 35 or so. But it can be as short as 32 or as long as 42.

I was on the pill for so long, it's hard to remember what it was before that - i'd say 28-32 days. Now I don't get 'cycles' because I don't ovulate (hence I don't get AF!)!

10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 whenever it feels like. I have been irregular like that for years. I get my fertility regularly, and even months when I skip my. I still am fertile. (I check all of the time...)

I still think counting whether its irregular or not, gives the dr an idea of what he is dealing with and you are aware. count on

Off the pill completly different story, can be anywhere from 10 days to ???? days, sometimes as much as 6 months (PCOS)

I bought a cute little monitor that I use just to see if I am really ever fertile. I might go a month or two without AF, or have it for a continous 6 months, but my body is still insisting that it's working. (I hope it's telling me the truth!)
